Connaught Place is very famous market of New Delhi.It has been ranked as Fifth most expensive city of the world,because of the strong demand among limited supply as per CBRE report.
The main reason behind it is the most expensive city is in its strong demand attached with location of Connaught Place other reason being is its access to regional market and limited availability of Prime office space.
Top Three expensive Markets are:
1. Hong Kong (Central) with annual occupancy cost of 235.23 dollars per sq. ft. topped the most expensive for third consecutive time.
2. London's west End,Bejing Finance Street.
