India has launched a big surveillance program that will give security agencies and income tax people to tap phone calls and e-mail without permission of court or parliament.
Indian Government says it will increase National Security.Government had started the system out in various states later in April this year.
It will target any of India's 900 million landline and mobile subscribers and 120 million Internet users.
